Get a taste of what it’s like to work at camp! Campers who have completed grades 10–12 explore their spiritual gifts, discover their leadership styles, and learn how they can use their gifts to serve others. The experience begins during June High School Camp, with opportunities to return to Lutherdale as LEAP Staff for additional weeks throughout the summer, putting new skills into practice and supporting the camp community.

LEAP campers will build leadership skills, work with children, grow in self-confidence, strengthen their faith, and depart from camp as strong, faithful leaders, equipped to serve within their school, church, and community.
