Registration, Pricing, and Discounts for
Summer Camp 2024

How to Register

Registration is online and is open now!

  1. Create an account or log into your existing account. Locate the 'Sign In' button in the upper right hand corner of the page. 

    • Registration for Family Camp requires our office to set up a family account FIRST if any of your children have come to camp previously or if you are a donor.  Please call (262) 742-2352.

  2. Select a program.

    • All programs are categorized by grade completed by June 2024

    • Only the programs a camper is eligible for will be visible.

    • Camp programs are listed by date, not by title.

  3. Make a $100 non-refundable deposit

    • To be registered, a $100 non-refundable deposit must be made on the camper's account.  

    • Camp 24 and On-Site Day Camp require payment IN FULL to be registered.

    • A status of 'incomplete' means you have started the registration process.  There is NOT a spot held for your camper until you have made the $100 non-refundable deposit. 

    • All 'incomplete' status registrations will be cleared from your account after 30 days.

    • A status of 'waitlisted' means the program is full.  A camper may stay on the waitlist or choose a different program.  Those choosing to stay on the waitlist, will be contacted by camp if a spot becomes available.

Full payment is due 7 days prior to start of session.

Cancellation Policy

The $100 deposit for summer programs is non-refundable.

We believe in camp for all!

 

We are proud to offer a tiered-pricing system in which each camper family self-selects the price that works best for them. Selections are always confidential, and all campers receive the same high-quality experience regardless of their selection.

We work hard to offer our summer staff competitive wages, as well as keep up with rising costs. We recognize that our camper families also face rising costs, and we keep our prices as low as possible to make camp accessible for all. All tiers are subsidized from the true cost of camp. We also offer full and partial scholarships to all families who need them. We never turn campers away!

What happens when you pay the Tier II or Tier III rate?

You take an active role in supporting the true cost of your child’s camp experience, which enables us to direct the contributions from our generous donors to support other areas of need in the camping ministry, including program, staffing and facility upgrades.
