Who are the Heroes in your life? We all have heroes, people we look up to and admire. Often heroes come from the world of sports, movies, or music. Our heroes assume larger-than-life proportions. Our bible study this summer deals with heroes -- heroes from the Bible. It might surprise you to discover that our biblical heroes have flaws. In other words, the heroes in the bible or ordinary people but they follow and extraordinary God. Their strength came not from their superhuman qualities but because they were loved, forgiven, and empowered by God and God's grace. By seeing the biblical characters as they truly were, we can admit who we truly are and receive the same wonderful promise of love and grace!
